Mahalo is an all-day restaurant and event space located in Casco Viejo, Panama City, inspired by the Hawaiian way of life, embrancing a philosophy rooted in gratitude, hospitality, and a deep respect for the land (*’āina*) and for one another.
This philosophy lies at the heart of Mahalo’s concept: creating a space that nourishes the body, mind, and spirit. It is a place people remember not only for its food, but also for the energy that fills it, he warmth, the care, and the attention to every detail.
